The Yaskawa GP series is a versatile portfolio of six-axis industrial robots with payload capacities ranging from 4 to 600 kg.

GP series robots offer a variety of load/reach combinations, including versions with IP67 protection, food-grade lubricants, or special surface coatings, making them ideal for a wide range of automation tasks such as assembly, material handling, machine tending, deburring, or quality inspection.

The MOTOMAN GP7 is one of our most successful robot models to date. This extremely flexible, compact, and versatile robot boasts a 7 kg payload capacity, a 927 mm reach, and exceptional repeatability of ±0.01 mm. Customers widely recognize the GP7's performance in various applications, such as handling, assembly, pick-and-place (often combined with 3D machine vision technology), and quality inspection.

The GP7 robot comes standard with IP67 protection (dust and water resistant), allowing it to operate reliably in harsh environments. An optional anti-corrosion coating (ACC) effectively protects against corrosive environments such as acid and alkali vapors. Food-grade lubricant and CR5 cleanroom versions are also available.
