FANUC Robot M-10iD / M-20iD is a cableintegrated small payload handling robot.

●Various cables and tubes using for hand controcan be integrated in the u3 arm due to theenlarged u4 and u6 hollow tubes. The tool controlbox can be compactly mounted backside of theJ3 arm.
